Launching on 23rd July

After many months of design, testing and consultation with residents we’re pleased to announce that our new MyAccount site is due to be launched on Monday 23 July. It’s been re-designed from top to bottom, so even if you’ve previously used the existing Customer Portal you will need to register for a new account before logging in for the first time.

Please note: your existing Customer Portal ‘username and password’ will not work on MyAccount. Don’t worry though, registering for a new account only takes a minute - you’ll just need:

•  Your name (as it appears on our system)
•  An email address
•  Your Account Reference Number
•  Your postcode; and
•  Your date of birth



You can use the Customer Portal to access essential information and services - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Accent Customer Portal maybe unavailable on Thursday evenings from 6pm due to routine maintenance.
